Bio

Danielle Weeks earned her MFA in poetry through Eastern Washington University’s creative writing program. Her poetry has been published or is forthcoming in The Missouri Review, Pleiades, Poet Lore, Prairie Schooner, and Whale Road Review, among others. Her poem “Human Uses” was chosen as the winner of Atticus Review’s annual poetry contest in 2018, and her poem “Tun State” appeared in the 2024 edition of Best New Poets. Her poetry manuscript was a finalist for the 2023 Charles B. Wheeler Poetry Prize. She is the poetry editor for Crab Creek Review.
